Cancellation Policy

Custom marketing packages adhere to the same terms as our standard retainers, requiring a 90-day minimum commitment. This duration is essential for a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to yield measurable results. Following the initial 90 days, you can cancel by providing 30 days' written notice, and you will be billed only for that notice period. If your package includes a discounted 12-month rate and you decide to cancel early, billing will revert to the standard 6-month rate for any months already invoiced, with the difference due at the time of cancellation.
