We ask for a 90-day minimum commitment on every retainer package. Strategic marketing work,  SEO, content, paid campaigns, brand positioning,  takes time to show results, and a 90-day runway gives us room to build momentum and show you real movement before you have to decide if we're the right fit.

After the initial 90 days, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. You'll be billed for the notice period and nothing beyond it.

For 12-month terms: the discounted 12-month rate reflects a full 12-month commitment. If you cancel before the term is complete, billing for all months already invoiced reverts to the standard 6-month rate, and any difference between what you paid at the discounted rate and what you owe at the standard rate is due at cancellation. The 90-day/30-day-notice policy governs your ability to exit the agreement,  it does not waive the rate adjustment tied to the 12-month discount.

We structure it this way because the discount is a reward for commitment, not a flat-rate guarantee regardless of term length. You're always free to leave after 90 days with proper notice, you're just not free to keep a 12-month rate for fewer than 12 months.
